For install this mod:
1. Open the file "gta3.img" situated in "GTA San Andreasmodels" and add the files of the folders "ADD GTA3IMG", "gta3img" and "WEAPON"
2. Move the folders "CLEO" and "data" in your GTA San Andreas folder
3. Move the folder "CLEO_TEXT" in the folder "Cleo" situated in your GTA San Andreas folder
