nice recolor of this building, but it's not beta, i have checked the low poly version (lod) of this building, and these colors are not there. it's just made by yourself, what is great, but not beta.

i don't know that you have tested your mod when it was finished, but can you fix it ? during playthrough of the game after finished cleaning the hood mission, riding into the red marker, two of your added properties has been purchased without any action, don't know why.
