i still get flickering shadows especialyy for metallic things on grove street plz help!

so i figured out how to fix blue screen but now i get these weird shadowy outlines of certain objects/characters that i can see through walls. any chance theres a fix for that?

btw i had to delete the lines about draw distance in salodlights.ini that this mod includes and use a different mod for draw distance that didnt replace timecyc - GTA SA - Mod ver mais longe (Allan Bras) but only using the files for sa_draw... and limit_adjuster...

when i use this mod i get the issue with interriors and cutscenes loading in all blue. is there a fix for this yet?
i tried deleteing timecyc like someone said but this results in a weird dark shadowy look
