my bad it was actually Nerdook's Side Quests Mod 1.1 that was causing issues, all good so far! 11/10

love this mod! But I cant seem to get it working when editing the settings in the config file even after changing it to "urban.conf" and removing the # . I've noticed npcs freezing and standing still in missions? I think it works fine using the default urban.conf.sample file but changing it seems to cause errors for me during missions? I'm playing the mission where u go with what's his name to meet Johnny for that drug deal but some of the FBI cops just stand still or disappear?

The default setting for urban.conf.sample file are just fine, I only want to have the blips shown
