Apologies, guys. An outdated version of the texture dictionary (ytd) was uploaded.
Now the ped should work as you see it in the video with no missing/misplaced textures.

@Tiopk I've used 2 different ENBs for the screenshots (you can tell by the darker blue car color in some).
I tried tracing back where I downloaded each one but came up short.
From what I can remember, they're both modified versions of DirectX 2.0
