@Davidstrs OP means the telephone poles, in the 90s and 2000s telephone poles were common (maybe still in some countries), and they needed to be repaired from either accidents, line/wire cutting or wear and tear.

This mod has an undeserved 5/10 rating because many people are ignorant and don't take it upon themselves to learn how to install mods. That out of the way, this still remains one of my favorite map mods in GTA San Andreas, even with Stars and Stripes making significant progress. Ryosuke, I don't know if you still on here, but you did an amazing job with this mod. About some 16 years on and I still come back to this mod. Thanks for the memories, I'm gonna give my nephews these memories now .

Saw the video, damn man, makes this game worth re-playing. Thanks for sharing this mod.
