@ExouI think i might have a solution.
Just Install GTA SA from another setup and if you have original i really dont know what to do,but you must install game files that are not moded one by one and you need to delete save files located in:C:UsersPCDocumentsGTA San Andreas User Files,and deleted all GTASAsf.b they may have numbers so i hope i helped you,Peacegood
