Can U make Hippies, Prostitutes & Stripers from GTA V?

I notice that U don't include every livery in archive, like these two:

But it IS Sabre, it becomes GT just with the extra.
Rusty Saber is not part of my gta4 review plan...

So U once planned to make Rusty version, and it's pity U can't make it.

Nope, in San Andreas the Hotrings, A & B, are only found on the circuit.
To find them around it need to add them to cargrp.dat or spawn them with a program/cleo script.
However it is not a problem, in my conversion they will be in 3D.

OK, Hotrings are in races in stadium, but one Hotring is in cheats, and one Hotring is parked in front of stadium. And Hotring Hellfire in Online is avaliable only for purchase, so it doesn't mean that it's designated to normal roads.
