I read your description, the mobile do supports the PC models, (the only problem some models has are the reflection effects which it can be fixed by installing an AML mod) you need to export the textures from the txd file since the mobile uses an cache files, from there the mobile users do their thing, just make sure to have textures in 2 different folders to know which of them should be imported with Alpha (transparent textures) and without Alpha (regular textures), the only problem I know is that some skins will cause the game to crash when it tries to load them, IDK which causes the issue, the only skins I'm aware is one of the DOA Honoka skins and the Mari Setogaya one, maybe it has something to do in which program it was used or something
@GTAHeavyImpact you forgot to say please
It's about time somebody starts making skins for the mobile port, Thank you

@ManimanPlaynope, it's the version of the txd you used, if you're using TXD Workshop, then some of textures won't work on some mobile device because I used it for a skin mod I made for myself as a test (mine was mail too) and it came out black, but when I used Magic.TXD, it finally works just by setting the TXD version to a stable one that worked, this type of issues is also on GTA VC mobile, for example: if the device GPU has PowerVR and import the texture as a DXT format (Adreno texture), the texture will be black like in GTA III mobile, so it's better to make some alternative txd files on different versions with Magic.TXD to prevent some people having a hard time with the textures
