@PhilipPCGamer Open "ReShade" folder and find file "Shaders_by_CeeJay.cfg"
He located in ReShadePresetsDefault directory.
Open this file and find this line:

#define USE_CA 1

and set 0 instead 1

If your game doesn't running on your PC with installed graphics, you should follow this steps:
1) Go to "My Documents"
2) Open "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder
3) Delete "gta_sa.set" file
4) Run the game
