@_sidd_1213_ i had the same problem. you can use mod { visual car spawner v3.3 } in this site! because when you select to spawn a vehicles you will spawn in the plan too

And I had to download and Replace the original "handling.cfg" file from the internet. i also use (Limit Adjuster)
