These textures are AI upscaled. Nothing done by hand aside from fixing a few imperfections in Photoshop.

About the shiny skin, I remember noticing it on the hair so I thought it's because I removed the hair model. I'll test it out in my next playthrough, which is coming in the near future.

@DeshRU Most of the time you only see the upper part of Niko's body so I thought upscaling the shoes and pants is a waste of memory. The difference isn't that noticeable either.
