Seems like there is a big flaw in your script, CrashInfo showed error 0x0059FE47 pardon

I tested it with your tracks such as San Fierro Grand Prix, but it even happened to my own custom track dash

Used (almost) vanilla game. Just used NoClip to spectate the AI racing
