@bhavansh unfortunately my other house mod is made for Multi Theft Auto. And this one needs a bit of work with its collision to work properly in single player Gta San Andreas. I'm already working on it, and when I'm ready you're not going to need a mod loader just ctrl c and v the 3 files to your gta3.img. :)

@bhavansh I think you might did something wrong. I have downloaded it now that you mentioned it, had it looked at by a friend of mine and the rar's contents always the 4 files that is should to be.

@EvilGene For Multi theft auto you will find a code for the lua script and meta. Copy and save those as .lua and .xml and then place it in a new folder inside resources then just start them.

For Single player the files should be in the gta3.img TXD renamed as mentioned in a comment below, and thes col is packed in like the original.
