@stonem09 Yes mod is compatible and all possible conflicts have been resolved with the latest updates.

@ABayerLiebtGTA99 Wow, never knew about this mod, which is not surprising since it is kinda outdated at this point.
Anyway, I looked at its contents, and the only thing I can suggest is to compare its contents with the vanilla Ambient.dat file (the Idle anim mod provides vanilla file just in case), write out all the changes into some text file, and then carefully implement changes in the appropriate order into the Ambient.dat from the VPA.
You need to be careful while editing stuff in that file, since one small mistake and the game will crash during loading screens, and that's probably the only solution for compatibility patch with this mod at the moment

@ABayerLiebtGTA99 There are too many changes that are connected with each other, making a compatibility guide is the same as making instructions on how to modify this file, as far as I know there are no instructions for this anywhere on the internet.
You say that you have a modified Ambient.dat file, but from which mod? As far as I know, there are only two mods that modify this file and both were made by me, and I made compatibility for them accordingly

@M4D_MAXX_ just what description says, other mod has a proper fix for it, this one is alternative way of fixing bad grass visibility

@bztt For sure man, some people uploads my mods on other websites without even asking such questions, so do what you want just don't break the mod so it will work properly
