Fair enough, I still advise you to repack it though. At least if you want people to use the mod. You're right that I'm using WinRAR. It's rare that I don't use it once a day(I watch many movies and subs are packed in *.rar) and that specific day I'd downloaded 8 mods(before I made this account). All those rars worked.

I just tried installing 7zip and that worked

One last thing. I don't use mod loader. Where do I place the files?

Is it only the texture or has the roads been smoothed out? My problem with the roads is the low polygon count, sometimes it really sends you flying. It's especially bad in San Fierro where the city is very layered.

EDIT: I decided to try it out, but I can't even open the *.rar file it is packed in. The directory is damaged.
