I can't enter the car; CJ just keeps on ramming the door. I can only enter it if I stand on top of the car. Am I missing a handling.cfg edit that everyone else in the comments section seem to have?

Are the 2nd and 3rd video even the car? They look at a lot different.

God, to you people who say that something's been stolen, could you at least even share the link to the original? It would really be helpful.

Does it only give helmets to the NPC's or does it include yourself?
