Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Cruiser Board Mod

This mod adds the California Avenger Cruiser Board from the promotional photos of the 1989 movie "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" into Vice City. It replaces the nightstick. It includes a new weapon HUD icon and some reflective texturing.
