this is the version 3 of the mod. and still this is not final version. mod replaces "player.txd & player.dff" in gta3.img, and "player.bmp" in generic folder.on this version, player shoulders are well fixed so the player can look even better. and its gta san andreas model converted into vice city. stay tuned for the next version. it will bring special player changes, better than all this.
