Back to the Future Outro Mod

This mod adds a Back to the Future style Outro image into Vice City. It is the "To be continued" logo that appeared at the end of the original Back to the Future movie. It replaces the default outro image of the Vice City postcard saying "Greetings From Vice City". This mod would compliment the Vice City modification called "Back to the Future: Hill Valley v0.2g".
