UPDATE: Fixed TLAD crash. Added working radio. Added NPC navigation. Updated scenario peds. Special thanks to Nabo45, for help with the Navmesh.

@diporrisvn Yeah I discovered that. R* made a typo in TLADs content.dat, thus failing to disable base game scenarios2. Which presumably causes TLAD to hit a scenario limit. It's weird because it didn't originally cause TLAD to crash on the version of CE I built this for. I have fixed this and have been meaning to get it on GTAforums for some time now
