I basically discovered This Strange Phenomenon that due to an error in Windows 11 24H2 the Vehicles.ide file Is interpreted bad so I solve The Problem Modifying The File From Data Folder of GTA SA Vehicles.ide How I solved it

Well I Just copied the Code line of the Sea Sparrow and I only replaced the name and the type of Vehicle Getting a Modified Skimmer Code Line and it worked

But before the Fix i made The Skimmer basically didn't appear on the Map anywhere if you try to force the Spawn via Trainer the game would freeze

And You are at the height limit of the Map with graphic effects Similar to Teleport to the coordinates of the N Letter On the Radar + Bluehell Interiors Very strange anyway

I hope the real cause of this Problem on Windows 11 24H2 code is found and Solved if possible

Just Copy the Sea Sparrow code line id 447 and replace the Skimmer one and on The Replaced Line Replacing the Sea Sparrow Vehicle Name and Type

with Those From the Skimmer But leaving everything as it is Of the Sea Sparrow line we will only change that it will be Skimmer ID 460 and that it is not a heli but a plane I hope it is useful to you
