BNSF hopper for aluminum oxide No.312166 from Trainz 12

- replaces freibox (ID 590)
- VehFuncs variant: changed numbers (range 312000-314999)
- adapted to the script "Animtrain v1.1" (bogies, wheels)
- changed position level of wheels above rails (now the model isn't in the gound)
