Racetrack Maker 2.0

To run this program you must have net framework 3 installed.

With this tool you can make you own racetrack.
Updated the 8x8 workspace to 16x16, so you can make bigger race maps. Old (version 1.0) *.rtm files are not working with this version.

Fixed the Warp to Point button, that you had to press twice to make it work.

Only use the teleporter when outside.
