hey, this is tool where you can edit weapons.meta (in-real-time). written in c#.
some features are disabled since I know really little(should I say none) about coding but based on downloads and comments I will add more features and add tabs ex: handling.meta, loadout.meta, dispatch.meta etc.

this is for gta five.
