Gary Smith is a main character & main antoganist in the game Bully: Scholarship Edition. Which is also made by Rockstar Games. He is either liked or hated by the fans of Bully.

How do I install??
Use wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Skins:All to get a list of every ped in the gta3.img and when you find a ped you want to replace, open gta3.img find that ped and replace with my Gary ped.

NOTE: The picture is in bad quality. He is much more clearer ingame.
