These save files are great for people who don't want to play through the entire main storyline and do side missions or just play free roam with having something to do.

The issue with 100% save files is that there is no point playing it because it feels like there is nothing to do. In my save files I have just completed the main mission End Of The Line. The rest of the thingsare still left to do such as taking over territories, buying property, the missions where you sit in vehicles and press R3 to trigger side missions and I could not get some of the girlfriends because they force you to increase and decrease stats.

Other things you may notice is that CJ is poor, has less guns and does not have many clothes in his wardrobe because I am not a master at this game. Even stunts and hidden items haven't been completed and collected.

If you don't like going through the main quest and just want to have fun doing side missions (or want to roam around all the islands without having to unlock them) knowing that there is something for you to do or find such as making money to buy guns and houses, you will like this mod.

You will need 7zip to extract the files and then put all the save files in your folder, or the ones you need. I included some save files before End Of The Line incase you want to enjoy riots without using cheats, or want to experience the final mission. And I haven't used any cheats in any save file.
