Looks like R* made a mistake in that cutscene using a Burguer Shot box, noticing this I edited the texture file for fit the logic going on here, and now you can enjoy your number 9. ^^
Just place this folder inside modloader folder, or you can replace the texture file using cutscene.img editor program.
