HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Open IMG Tool
2. Open gta3.img
3. Press F2
4. Search barrierblk.txd
5. Right-click on your mouse then choose replace
6. Select the downloaded file.
7. Repeat step 3-6 for roadblkx.txd
8. Rebuild Archive (optional)
9. Well Done!
