GTA V Weapon Stats v3.1

This fix fixes the bugs below:
*Flamethrower bug.
*Spray Can bug.
*Camera crash bug.

I also included a normal RPG aiming in the archive and a modified RPG crosshair script. Anyway, thanks for installing this mod. :)
