So before this mod used to make my homies follow me in a car if i held J while entering another car? And he/she would roll the window down to follow! But!!! Now they dont roll the window down!? Lol any idea why..? This is super annoying to me.. great mod tho!

If you had one of those text menus on the top left telling the commands to use when you're near them, that would be a great plan

Yeah, i feel you. I wonder nobody make any mod out of this.

I just barely understand mod coding so this is as far i could do with the gangs. (Yeah, i noticed the bugs and still can't help with it)
Still hope for someone make better mod of this, though.

Anyways, in this case i just suggest to SAVE BEFORE you're going out with your gang.

update: i gave it a 10.. i think just because theyre gangster status shooters doesnt make them not idiots lol. im pretty sure thats not the mod.. i figure out how to give them guns properly (for anyone reading, assign the gun while your cursor is still on them from recruiting, you cant do it afterwards. out of 7 members, only 1 wouldnt take a gun for some reason, but when s*** went down he was a bitch and ran, so it coulda been that. after further testing, i think its damn near 100%, i couldnt start any gang wars for some reason, with only this mod running, but that only happened once, and its happened before with pimp my car, maybe its a game glitch? it never happened before i discovered cleo though.. 9.99/10.. -.01 because im an idiot

I saw the intelligent police mod (i forget the actual name of it, sorry dev) and i thought, "i wish there was something like that for my gang.. theyre idiots, no wonder the gang was the size of a dead end street when i came back from the east coast".. and then i found this!! awesome idea, and great work. i hope you continue development on this. i noticed some glitches:
*i sometimes cant recruit anyone, but the eventually it starts working again.
*i cant always give a member a weapon, but maybe im not close enough or too close?
*the marker only sometimes appears, and when it does its only on 1 member (ie) if i recruit 4 people standing together only 1 might get a marker)
*sometimes theyre dumb anyway.. when i first tested the mod, my gang was murdering motherf*ckers, but then ill recruit 7 people and watch them just keep missing the 1 person theyre shooting at..
*sometimes i cant tell them to come or stay.. but then it starts working again eventually.

it seems like it works correctly when i first start off (just load my save) but then subsequent attampts are when the glitches become noticeable

but, the game didnt crash once, the idea is amazing, and maybe im just doing it wrong.. i donno. but keep up the good work man
