man, i worked for my ENB for 1 month (August-September)
well, no sh*t. because you only gave us the BASIC files of the ENB (d3d9.dll) and enbseries.ini
ENBs nowadays don't only use both of those files.
they added more tools beside ENB, just like colormod, FXAA, sweetfx, configured timecyc, and many more, so it takes more time to get the perfect taste of the ENB
if you can add some of them, that'd be great!

and aslo, i gotta say about the ENB:
~ the reflection effects is way TOO much, too glossy
~ you might also add more effects, just like occlusion and Depth Of Field, but if you have a low PC, i can relate that

yes I had the title misspelled because I wanted mid-res type but I was so busy with the files I type it wrong, I apologize for that.
and I'm working on a ENB series that have high-res is as you say that the sky is empty and also the road. I'm making a better one and i hope that you find it better.
but I do not make the graphics so huge because it may also be ugly, like that your whole screen is white because the bloom.

but the road and the sky is .. not interesting ,,,
