What is this modification?
1. News papers about events related to the player or the game world;
2. Working newspaper vending machines. Both the player and random passers-by near the newspaper machine can read newspapers;
3. Sometimes newspapers can be found on the ground in places where people walk.

Read more about the events that can be found in the headlines:
1. If the player is arrested by the police (in a city or rural area);
2. If the player was shot by the police;
3. If the player has escaped from police pursuit (from level 2 and above);
4. If the player has captured enemy territory (Gang War);
5. After completing some missions, their consequences will also be written in the newspapers:
- After the Green Saber mission;
- After the murder of Officer Eddie Pulaski;
- After the murder of Officer Frank Tenpenny (Game Finale).
(It only works when the game is played naturally)
Any event that will be written about in the newspapers lasts until the next day.

Pedestrians at newspaper vending machines can be found only after any event. Pedestrians will have several reactions when a player approaches:
1. Just keep reading the newspaper;
2. He will leave reading;
3. He will start looking at the player, but will soon continue to read further;
4. He will start looking at the player, and then run away in a panic (if the event is related to the player);
5. He will start looking at the player, and then he will start attacking (if the event is related to the player).

The player can read newspapers at the newspaper machine or meet them on the ground even when nothing has happened, but you will not read anything interesting in them.

- Now NewsVan is not such a useless car in the game, it will drive and monitor the player at the 2nd search level. Inside, you can see a man with a photo camera. So that's where the photo of the main character on the covers of newspapers comes from!;
- Newspapers are paid. $1 on normal days, $2 on Sundays;
- Added animation and sound when buying a newspaper;
- Added 4 more newspapers related to story missions (Drive-By, Black Project, Breaking the Bank at Caligula's, Riot). Thanks KahnMan;
- Fixed the text of the newspaper with officer Eddie Pulaski, now the text corresponds to the lore of the game. Thanks gohan;
- On all newspapers, the headline has the "SAN NEWS" logo, which connects the modification with the news machine and helicopter, as well as with the ent of the game in general;
- The entire text is displayed in .fxt file for the ability to edit or translate to users;
- Subtitles have been added to newspapers;
- Added translation into other languages: Russian (by gund), Portuguese (by KaiQ).
