Tagging up Turf Fix + Improvements by Cleoude

Dive into an improved version of the "Tagging Up Turf" mission with a range of updates and fixes to enhance your gameplay experience!

Cutscene Enhancements:

Sweet and Smoke's appearance updated with basketball jerseys and beta outfits
Fixed Smoke dribbling the basketball, ensuring the ball goes through the hoop
Corrected Sweet's hand clipping through his t-shirt
Made CJ start walking during the cutscene instead of staying static
Improved eye and eyelid animations for all characters
Fixed Smoke holding the basketball and enhanced its texture with DE quality
Corrected Sweet's crooked neck when handing over the spray can and added a cap to it
Fixed Sweet taking the basketball from Smoke
Fixed Sweet's arm clipping through himself when he jumps

Mission Improvements:

Restored Sweet's reaction when CJ crashes the car
Sweet now moves to the driver's seat when he leaves CJ in Ballas territory
A Balla member sprays the tag. If CJ sprays over it, he will react
Corrected Sweet's shirt collar in game model.
East Los Santos's tag positions are fixed, they were floating in the air. (If you use other map mod edit ipl)

If you want to use a custom appearance in a cutscene, you need to select a preset and choose the models you will use from the Outfits for custom folder.
In-game character model swapping just got easier. Now only the model of the character is changed, not recreated, and the character still has its own voice!

How to Install:
Attention!
Cleo + required!
Please handle the preset files last to avoid any confusion. Start by placing the in-game files into the game directory first. Import the files that need to go into the IMG archive into the IMG file. Alternatively, the simplest way is to use Modloader: create a new folder within the Modloader directory and place all the files into it.

When it comes to the Preset folder, open the folder of the desired preset. You only need to import the files of the Cuts.img folder into cuts.img; Modloader does not support this. Place the CLEO file into the same location as in the previous installation (either the game directory or the folder you created in Modloader). Other IMG files need to be imported into their respective IMG archives.

For cutscene.img, there are two options: Vanilla or Mobile hands. Choose either one. If you are using Modloader, do not place the option you do not want to use into your Modloader folder.

You should put the cuts.img folder in cuts.img. Don't use modloader. I know some users have crashes in cutscenes. Especially in the Wuzimu Win Cutscene. For this, follow this path:
1. Export the files in your sa's cuts.img to a folder with Alci's img editor.
Then put my cuts.img files in it.
Then import all files from your folder with Alci's img editor. save and rebuild.
