Ped Tweaks 3.8 Unofficial Update

This is the unofficial update for Ped Tweaks.

A mod that adds the beta peds alongside their final designs without replacing them, with other extra additions.

In the screenshots you can see some of them, don't pay so much attention to them just xD, I was just being creative. If you can't clearly see the screenshots, copies of those are in the compressed file.

NOTE, this mod uses an old version of Ped Tweaks as a base.
- Some peds may not appear on the first attempt or take a long time to appear
- I've reserved IDs within the mod because I couldn't get the corrected models from some peds (Example = bones.dff/txd)
- I couldn't add special peds because I would need scripts for it :/
