this mod brings back an unused gang consists of four members that orginally planned for this game by developers. you can clearly see them on many beta pictures. they already have an own graffiti tag on a clear game without mods, but in missions using the same friendly grove models, not special ones. now they are looking different, and spawns at their places with own car and weapons.
