Natural Graphics for San Andreas 3.0
In the new version, I completely rewrote the code for some shaders and reconfigured most of the parameters in the ENBSeries in order to maximize the graphics compared to previous versions.

- Fully rewritten postprocessing for true and vibrant colors
- New Bokeh Depth of Field
- No wet roads, strong blur and similar useless effects which are lowering FPS.
