SA_XEnhancer 3.1

A little more than a month passed since the release of the first version of SA_XEnhancer. The fact is that I was working on a new version for almost a month. The shaders were improved and some settings were changed due to which the FPS was slightly improved. I added a new DOF similar to DOF from iCEnhancer 3.0, which fits like and for gameplay and for creating very beautiful screenshots.

Changes:
- Improved bloom
- The sky color is edited
- Fixed bugs
- New bump for puddles
- New water texture with foam (was taken from MMGE 3.0). Thanks Marty.
- New quality clouds
- Improved reflections on cars
- Noise effect
- Improved lighting
- New noise texture
- Smoothing SMAA.
