Old version of the mod

What's added:
- Changed police badges in two textures,
- Fixed collision at the cranberry station,
- Fixed police biker tank top,
- Fixed rhino lod,
- Fixed Ranger front lamp and added "SAPD" marking to Enforcer,
- Added final vehicles to cutscenes,
- Added final peds to cutscenes.
