Aim Camera Sway (Breathing Effect)

---summary---
have you ever bothered by how stiff CJ arm is when he's aiming with guns and camera it almost look like he's holding his breath whenever he's aiming, which makes him look like a statue lol!

so, after playing a bunch of the recent resident evil games, i decided to make this simple script to make the aiming camera sway a little bit like in those games to make CJ look like he's breathing when aiming :D

---Installation---

-just put the files to your cleo or modloader folder.
-be sure you have installed the latest version of cleo and cleo plus
