Can you make default 90's state police car pack with ImVehFt?

got a 1985 Chevy Blazer Sheriff Department its got no template and it cant be skinned but you may have better luck then me

all the templates are in psd do you have them in PNG tried to open them in it and it wont work also do you have a different template to the Dodge sprinter it is so weird to work on but its great just like this set is downloaded them and going to use hte 1992 as my LVPD

I don't know how to edit/work with that, it never worked for my game when it first came out so I never messed with it. If you find someone else who can, they can surely go ahead and edit these
