2003 Rolls Royce Phantom

I'd like to give a big thanks to Ruslev for making the original model, and thanks to whoever originally converted this model to SA.

Modifications made: new handling, new license plate, new [smaller] size, new chrome on chrome parts, reflection on interior so it looks good.
