Vapid Bobcat [Only vehfuncs]

I always wonder why they didn't make the bobcat like in San Andreas.
Because having those HIPS on the rear wheels made it small and nice in GTA IV, but in GTA V they made it longer and I find it strange.
I know what vehicle it's based on, but there's also a version without those things on the sides...
