INSTALLATION:
Method 1 ( Replacing files in GTA3.IMG):
Replace the files cabbie.txd and cabbie.dff and copcarvg.txd and copcarvg.dff in the gta3.img file in the GTA San Andreas\models directory with the GTA Parking or IMG Tool program.
Method 2 (Mod Loader):
In the modloader directory, create a folder named "FSO Warszawa 223 Milicja + Taxi" and put the files cabbie.txd and cabbie.dff and copcarvg.txd and copcarvg.dff there.
