Small update for old Andrew_A1s car mod.

Improvements list:
- rescale model to 110%
- retune some materials, baked textures for body and chrome
- adapted for IVF (lights, steering wheel, factory colors)
- adapted for Vehfuncs (pop-up headlights)
- new wheel model
- and few small fixes
