Difference of TC Version GTA Brazil 0.2.1018

- Fixed env values
- Unity Painting
- Created +1 paint and adapted vehfuncs
- Added Giroflex configured as extra in new paint
- Fixed dam leaving transparent housing
- Corrected for lack of reflection
