GTASA Claude fix

Rockstar had over 10 years to fix Claude's inconsistent face in 3-SA but yet he still looks odd af in SA so I went and grabbed his 3DE head and made it look younger to have the "Definitive" 1992 Claude look not whatever the hell he looked like vanilla lol
