Its map is very big. The memory, only of map will be upto 10GB. Then think about its more stuff. It'll run slower on the pc that are now running gta4.

Gta 5 is the biggest and more interesting game ever made for pc. It will not be moddable (i think) for 3, 4 years. The modders will play and enjoy it. They will complete the game 100%, then they will make plugins for gta5 models. Then after that the script-codding program will be made (the program will take a year), then a program will be made that will open archives (img's related formats) which will have the models. Then there'll be a program for opening texture files. Every texture maybe hd (2048x2048).

@cwxrssr - probably it will. But since the game is based on new code (I believe), it won't be as fast as San Andreas.

And if it will be moddable, it'll be far more than SA.
