Cheryl Mason's model from Dead By Daylight ported to GTA 5 by me
It retains the original weight painting from the game, so the model's movements are as loyal as possible to the original.
Features:
- This mod contains both an in-game and cutscene model. Both of these models have fully rigged facial animations.
Known Issues
- Hands rigging is not optimal.
Installation Instructions:
- Cutscene model: Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_csb.rpf\ and rename the files from my mod's folder to whoever it is that you want to replace, then click the green "+" icon and add in the files from my mod. You will then be able to replace streamed peds/protagonist models too by using the Character Swap mod.
In-game model:
1) Create a "mods" folder, then create an "update" folder inside of that.
2) Copy the vanilla update.rpf (GTAV/update/) to your update folder inside of "mods" (GTAV/Mods/Update/)
3) Drag and drop the "update" folder from my mod into mods/update/
4) Open up OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
5) Add this to your dlclist.xml: dlcpacks:/cherylmason/
6) To spawn Cheryl, use the input model name option in any trainer and input "ig_cherylmason".

V.1.1:
- Added prestige textures (bloody Cheryl). You can switch to them using Menyoo or any trainer. This required me to make a 001 drawable variant of all the body parts since despite being simple diffuse recolors, the prestige variants use different normal maps than the standard textures. 001 meshes don't appear different in OpenIV due to material assignments, but they show correctly in-game! |
