Waste Management Achievement

Basically you will respawn by the last barrel, you can pick it up and you will get the achievement.

This is the latest version of GTA (9/11/2015).

Simply take the file and pop in it: Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\[Profile name].
